Un terapeut cu care am rezonat
Nu e genul de terapie in care vii, vorbesti si pleci mai ok doar pe moment. Uneori plecam mai incarcata dar cu ceva care ramanea. Bogdan nu te lasa sa te ascunzi in explicatii si la inceput asta a fost destul de incomod. Aveam impresia ca inteleg lucrurile, dar de fapt ma invartam in aceleasi tipare. In timp a inceput sa se lege altfel nu doar sa inteleg ci sa vad ce fac chiar in momentul in care se intampla. Ma bucur ca am gasit un terapeut barbat cu care chiar am rezonat.
Recomand si eu
Am ajuns la Bogdan pe recomandare după ce am tot încercat să rezolv singur lucrurile. Citeam,înțelegeam dar în relații făceam fix la fel. Ce mi-a fost diferit aici e că nu prea mai merge să te păcălești, te duce fix unde trebuie.

Am ales sa incep terapia intr-un moment in care eram foarte confuza in relatii. Cu bărbați, cu femei… simteam ca ceva nu se leaga, dar nu stiam exact ce. Aveam impresia ca sunt deschisa, ca ma cunosc dar in realitate evitam destul de mult ce era mai inconfortabil. Bogdan nu forteaza, dar nici nu te lasa sa ramai la suprafata. In timp am inceput sa inteleg mai bine cum ma apropii de oameni si cum ma retrag fix cand devine real. Nu a fost un proces liniar in sensul ca au fost si momente in care am simtit ca stagnez dar le-am depasi si pe alea pana la urma. A fost o experienta buna chit ca am fost reticenta la inceput sa vin la un terapeut barbat.

Nu e genul de loc unde te simti mereu bine. dar cred ca tocmai asta e ideea. Ma bucur ca am decis sa vin in terapie chit ca am fost sceptica fiindca lucreaza doar online.
