Sex Terapie online
Rediscover pleasure, safely and discreetly

Intimacy without obstacles
Our sexuality is a complex territory - where forbidden desires, hidden fears, and the echoes of the past converge. Sexual dysfunctions or erotic blocks lie at the intersection of mind and body, becoming obstacles veiled in shame - unseen barriers that keep us from fully surrendering to our own eros.
Through online sex-therapy, you enter a safe, discreet space where these erotic challenges can be explored and worked through. It is not only about understanding, but about recovering the trust and freedom to inhabit your intimacy without restraint.
Step by step, toward change
The outline of our sex-therapy process
The first session
Diagnosis and intervention plan
We will explore your difficulties and the changes you seek. Based on the clinical interview conducted during the session, I will establish a diagnosis, and together we will determine the appropriate intervention.
Stage 1
Internal patterns and etiology
We identify what sustains your difficulty, whether it involves an organic, psychogenic, or mixed etiology. Through specialized interventions, you will learn to recognize them and regulate your symptoms.
Stage 2
Progressive sexual reconditioning
This is the core stage of sex therapy. Here, the bodily response is rewritten, step by step, through a process of guided reconditioning, sensory retraining, and cognitive restructuring.
Stage 3
Sustaining progress and ending therapy
In this stage, we ensure that the changes are sustainable. We’ll discuss how to maintain your progress long term, for a sexual life that is stable, balanced, and fulfilling.

Sexual dysfunction therapy
This is your journey toward an intimacy without obstacles. It is a deep process of exploring and understanding the factors that shape your sexual life - one that allows for real transformation.
Between desire and fear, between freely expressing your erotic self and holding back, lies a complex territory often marked by shame or uncertainty. But you don’t have to cross it alone. If you feel it’s time to take the next step, I’m here for you.
Together, we will explore the difficulties that keep you from enjoying your erotic life and find ways to restore your trust in your own eros. I’ll be there with you as we move through the process of sex therapy, so you can reconnect with yourself - and with your pleasure.

Sex therapy myths
The most common myths, exposed
Sex therapy means having sex during sessions
False. Sex therapy does not involve sexual acts, nudity, or any form of erotic touch. Clients remain fully clothed.
The therapist teaches sexual techniques
Partially true. Sex therapy may include sexual techniques by its very nature, but its primary aim is to treat sexual dysfunctions and improve sexual functioning by integrating clinical and medical psychology with psychotherapy.
If you go to sex therapy, you have a serious problem
Seeking online or in-person sex therapy does not mean there is a serious problem. Many people turn to therapy to improve their sexual lives, better understand their erotic selves, or work through sexual challenges.
Sex therapy is only for couples
Anyone can enter a process of online sex therapy - whether single or in a relationship. What matters is the willingness to explore or enhance your erotic life, regardless of your circumstances.
The therapist will judge your sexual preferences
Sex therapy is not about judging your behaviors or desires, but about offering an empathic, non-judgmental approach that supports the development of a healthy relationship with your own sexuality.
Why work with me?
I work with sexual challenges from an integrative lens - where clinical expertise meets empathy, and the work is grounded in science, not clichés. I bring emotional and relational depth into sex therapy, working not only with desire and eroticism, but with everything that stands in their way.

Bogdan are un stil direct fara sa fie intruziv si pt mn a functionat.
