Am ales trainingul pentru echipe sub presiune fiindca ne apropiam de burnout. Ce am apreciat ft mult a fost abordarea directa si instrumentele clare. N-a fost wellbeing generic. Traningul a livrat instrumente si interventii clare, exact pe situatiile noastre, nu pe exemple standard si asta a fost ft valoros. Pentru noi, a fost o investitie justificata. Recomand!
